This is an opportunity to become an integral part of one of the fastest growing event brands on the planet - Bingo Loco. You will create and deliver world-class strategic playbooks and implement effective campaigns to help our brand launch in new markets across the globe. Using a wealth of knowledge about the festivals & events industry, you will be required to deliver innovative ideas which achieve tangible results. You will create bespoke campaigns to launch shows, develop marketing strategies & playbooks, as well as planning and executing full marketing campaigns.

Who are we?

In 2017, three friends got together and decided to throw a little bingo party for some friends. A few years later, and 250,000+ people across 4 different continents have experienced the phenomenon that is Bingo Loco. We run mad cap, experiential events for the modern generation - everything from bingo raves to immersive music festivals.

Who are you?

A wider background in marketing is preferred, we are looking for a social media content specialist, who is passionate about events, festivals and music with a strong background in social media planning and creation, social channel management, social community management and social audience building.

The Role:

Directing and coordinating the activities relating to Marketing for global markets. Your role is to develop all Marketing/PR efforts on a show-by-show as we enter new markets/regions. This includes but is not limited to Australia, UK & UAE. You’ll be reporting directly to the directors of the company. Your role will see you manage each new location launch, from idea generation stage all the way through to production, implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all social media channels including the creation of suitable content, scheduling and the management of the day to day engagement

  • Management of all online marketing efforts including Google PPC, Social Media Advertising, SEO and online partnerships

  • Grow brand awareness, site traffic and content syndication through third party editorials, feature placements, social networking strategies, marketing programs and exclusive content promotions to drive revenue

  • Compile and distribute regular reports to internal team; utilize data to evaluate campaign efficacy; evaluate internal and competitive digital campaign performances to determine each promotion’s success and areas of opportunity/growth.

  • Management of budgets.

  • Set objectives and KPIs for plans and build a measurement plan for each

Qualifications:

  • Strong oral/written communication skills

  • 2 years+ event/music marketing experience (not compulsory) preferred. Experience managing the use of and/or relationships with digital distribution and social platforms

  • Results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing profitable engagement marketing programs and meeting and exceeding performance objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization.

  • Knowledge of creating marketing plans from scratch and the ability to maintain timelines and deadlines

  • An in-­depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services

  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for the entertainment business

  • Excellent copy-writing skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns

  • The highest attention to detail

  • The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
