About Sunsets Sessions

Taking place across the world, the annual Sunsets Sessions celebrates the sunset as venues are completely transformed and attendees are able to sample the sounds of Summer with their friends.

Aim

Create a series of uniquely memorable evenings with a key focus on attendees enjoyment and incorporating visually distinct branded elements.

Location

Five venues which reflected the brand throughout Ireland over a three week period.

 

Detail

The client wanted to showcase the brand within the theme of life on a beach paradise. We were to create an “imperfectly perfect” setting that avoided having a negative environmental impact. Our budget was maintained to allow for savings on the outlined costings to be put back into the branding elements. 

We delivered on this vision through branded decor using natural materials, bespoke murals, working swing and free product sampling. This was accompanied by live entertainment in the form of improvised sets from bongo and saxophone virtuosos as well as performances from hula hoop and fire performers. 

Results

Each of the events saw new customers directly engaging with the brand and creating a buzz around it through their social media postings.

About Loco Land

Building upon the success of the Bingo Loco brand, Loco Land took that ethos of organised madness and expanded the concept into a fully fledged festival experience. 

Aim

To create a sell out festival that sets itself apart from its competitors and leaves a lasting memory in the minds of festival goers.

Detail 

Loco Land was host to all one would come to expect from a top quality festival including world class musical acts, a varied selection of food vendors and thrill rides to get the adrenaline pumping. Accompanying this was our non-stop Bingo Loco marquee which saw queues out the door from start to finish.

The festival had unique offerings in the form its 10 Metre Marathon, Iron Stomach. Christmas Market and Sh*te Fortune Teller attractions. This was in conjunction with over 60 interactive character performers such as the Mayor of Loco Land, Big Baby and Thomas the Conga Engine who engaged directly with festival goers. 

Results

Loco Land was a sell out catering to 5,000 attendees. Its success has laid the foundations to create a bigger and better Loco Land for 2020.

About Quarantine

As the virus spreads rapidly the quarantine zone remains the last safe haven in the city...but is it as secure as the survivors have been led to believe?

Aim 

To work closely with the client to produce a zombie outbreak themed Halloween party that utilised immersive actors to create unexpected moments for those in attendance.

Details

On entry, attendees were met with by our hazmat team who checked attendees for signs of infection and conducted decontamination procedures. Throughout the venue the rest of our actors took up numerous roles throughout the night so as to keep attendees on their toes. This included everything from our reporter on scene interviewing survivors to a zombie priest conducting mock weddings. 

Broken up into two rooms our main DJ playing the main stage was accompanied by a plethora of special effects to mimic breaking down of the quarantine and its eventual breach. In the second room a silent disco was available but to get their headset attendees first had to brave our blacked out walkway which had some frightening surprises lying in wait. 

To tie the experience together so that it felt truly unique to the client bespoke visuals, venue decor and cocktails were created by the team.

Results

Working with a tight budget we were able to deliver on an experiential event that impressed the 200 staff in attendance.
